Hour of Code in Room Totara

This week students have been giving 'coding' a go. They have been completing different coding levels in 'The Hour of Code'.

What is 'The Hour of Code'?
The Hour of Code is a global movement by Computer Science Education Week and reaching tens of millions of students in 180+ countries through a one-hour introduction to computer science and computer programming.

Each student is working towards completing 'The Hour of Code' and when they do they will receive a certificate that looks a bit like this:

  1. All a new area of learning for me. Good luck with achieving a certificate.

  2. our class is really good at coding miss ogle.!!!!!

  3. Wow room 15 you will have to teach me all about coding !

  4. How fun! Our class is also learning how to code. We go on and have been working through the Angry Bird mazes. We also have apps on our iPads for coding. Kodable and The Foos are our favorites.
