iPad apps that we use in class

After parent interviews some parents were interested to know what apps we use to support our teaching and learning. Here are some photos from one our the class iPads that shows the apps that we use. 

Teacher Only Days -

There will be no school on Tuesday and Wednesday (5th/6th May) this week as there are two Teacher Only Days. Teachers and BOT will be heading to Auckland to visit different school with our MOA Kluster.

Our Family Trees

Dear Parents

This term for our ‘Slice of Time’ unit we want to know where we fit in the world. We want pictures/photos and information about our family. We need family names and when they were born.

With this information we are going to make a special family tree all about us.

We have already made a start on our family tree but we need more information about the year people were born and their correct names.

We also want photos that we can photocopy to put onto our trees. You can send the photos in and Miss Ogle will photocopy them (and return them) or you can email them to kellyo@opunakeprimary.school.nz
