Week 6 Certificates
We have been very busy getting ready for Open Day so we have only just downloaded the photos of the Certificate recipients from Week 6.
Jordan was the recipient of the Principal's Award.
Soccer - Week 7
On Friday we had another chance at learning some more skills while playing soccer. We started the session with Wall Tag. When we understood the rules and played the game for a while we then added a soccer ball for each person.
In the last 5 minutes of the session we were about to get into playing a soccer game with each other.
Kitchen Garden
We have Kitchen Garden coming up this Wednesday, 25th June. Students have been asked to bring along $1 to cover the ingredients for the food they will be making. They have also been asked to bring along their own tea towel, covered shoes and old clothes so they can work in the garden.

Last week for writing we had a focus of 'Queen's Birthday.' We decided to complete the sentence:

Keegan: go to Rainbows End and go on the roller-coaster.
Angus: have a huge diamond monster truck.
Ethan: make new rules where you change your wheels to sit on top of your cars and you have to drive upside down.

Soccer - Week 5
We had our second session of Soccer on Friday. We started the session playing a game of Seaweed. Once we had run around for a while we got the soccer balls and played Seaweed using the balls. In the last 5 minutes we got to enjoy a small game of Soccer.

Principal's Award for Week 4
Milly received the Principal's Award for Week 4. She has been working hard on her spelling. This has shown in both her spelling tests on Fridays as well as in her writing throughout the week. Keep persevering with your spelling Milly.
